Milk of *choice (*whole milk used in this case) (2/3 cup / 150ml)
Cornstarch (2 tbsp for warm OR 1 tbsp for cold)
Sugar (1 tbsp)
Vanilla (splash)
Salt (pinch)
Cinammon (1 stick or 1 pinch of cinnamon powder)
Raisins (optional) (handful)
FRUIT SALAD DACOS BOWL
CLASSIC, PROTEIN, RAISIN and/or CACAO DACOS BITES (12-15 bites / 30g)
(Greek) yoghurt (1/2 cup / 125g)
Honey (1 tsp)
Seasonal fruits of choice, indicatively 1/2 banana & a handful of blueberries and grapes
Orange (1/2)
RAISIN DACOS BOWL
Place some RAISIN DACOS BITES (15-17 bites) in a bowl
Add some yogurt on top (1/2 cup) OR reverse the order of 1 & 2
Garnish with raisins, fruits and nuts of your choice
Drizzle raw honey on top (2 tsp)
