CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH GREEK YOGURT, CARAMELIZED HAZELNUTS & CACAO DACOS BITES
Greek yogurt is healthier than heavy cream + offers such a nice tang to your riche chocolate mousse!
5-8 CACAO DACOS BITES
Caramelized hazelnuts: 3 tbsp sugar, 30g hazelnuts, pinch of salt OR 1 tbsp whole hazelnuts
20g dark chocolate
1 egg separated
1 tbsp sugar or agave syrup
¼ cup / 70g Greek yogurt
Splash of vanilla
1 tbsp cacao powder
VANILLA & CINNAMON CREAM with RAISIN DACOS BITES
Think of pain au raisin, in other words, a danish pastry filled with the most delicious vanilla cream and raisins… only, it’s made in under 15 minutes, using RAISIN DACOS BITES instead of puff pastry!
5-8 bites RAISIN DACOS BITES
2/3 cup / 150ml milk of choice (we used whole cow’s milk)
2 tbsp corn flour for warm OR 1 tbsp for cold
1 tbsp sugar or agave syrup
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cinammon stick OR ½ tsp cinammon powder
Optional: handful of raisins
TIRAMISU WITH DACOS INSTEAD OF LADYFINGERS
DACOS BITES, combined with espresso, honey and optional Amaretto liqueur, mimic the soaked consistency of ladyfingers without any of the unwanted ingredients!
12-15 bites / 25-30g CACAO DACOS BITES
1 tbsp brewed espresso
1 tsp raw honey
Optional splash of Amaretto liqueur
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp sugar or agave syrup
Optional splash of Amaretto liqueur
2 tbsp Mascarpone
Splash of vanilla
2 tbsp heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
1-2 tsp cacao powder
NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE WITH A DACOS CRUST
DACOS BITES, combined with butter and honey, create the perfect crust that tastes like graham crackers without any of the unwanted ingredients!
12-15 bites / 25-30g CLASSIC, PROTEIN, RAISIN or CACAO (we used cacao)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp raw honey for the crust & 1 tbsp for the cream
4 tbsp cream cheese (we used Philadelphia)
Splash of vanilla
2 tbsp jam of choice (we used raspberry)
