CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES (25-30 bites / 50-60g)
Bell pepper (1)
Cherry tomatoes (5-8)
Garlic cloves (2)
Tomato passata (1/2 cup / 125ml)
Eggs (3)
Sea salt, pepper, chili flakes
Parsley (1 tsp)
Fresh onion (1 tsp)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
PROTEIN DACOS BOWL
Place some PROTEIN DACOS BITES in a bowl (15-17 bites)
Add 1 boiled, poached, or fried egg
Add 1 avocado, optional micro-greens and cheese
Season with sea salt and pepper
Finally drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
CLASSIC DACOS BOWL
Place some CLASSIC DACOS BITES in your bowl (15-17 bites)
Grate or chop up some tomatoes OR alternatively use passata (1/2 cup), season to your liking with sea salt, pepper, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1tbsp) & place on top of your dacos bites
Add crumbled (feta) cheese (1 tbsp), fresh or dried oregano, and optional olives or capers
Finally drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
