SCRAMBLED EGGS, AVOCADO & SMOKED SALMON DACOS BOWL

A high-protein DACOS BOWL for breakfast, brunch & lunch!

Serves 1, total time required: 15 minutes

Instructions

  1. Place a handful of CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES (15-17 bites / 30-40g) in a bowl.

  2. Add some butter to a small saucepan or pot over medium-low heat. Beat three eggs, season with a pinch of sea salt & pepper, and pour into the saucepan. Turn down the heat to low, cook for approximately 5 minutes (or until the eggs reach the consistency of your liking), regularly stirring to form large and soft curds. Once ready, place the scrambled eggs on top of the DACOS BITES

  3. Slice half an avocado and add on top of the eggs.

  4. Garnish with smoked salmon, fresh onion, chili flakes, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil & enjoy your high-protein DACOS BOWL for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!
