AVO DACOS BOWL

Instructions - serves 1, total time: 15 minutes

  1. Place some CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES (15-17 bites / 30-40g) in a bowl

  2. Add some butter (1 tbsp) to a small saucepan or pot over medium-low heat

  3. Beat 3 eggs, season with a pinch of sea salt & pepper, and pour into the saucepan

  4. Turn down the heat to low, cook for approximately 5 minutes (or until the eggs reach the consistency of your liking), regularly stirring to form large and soft curds

  5. Once ready, place the scrambled eggs on top of the DACOS BITES

  6. Slice 1/2 an avocado and add on top of the eggs

  7. Garnish with smoked salmon (20g), fresh onion (1 tsp), garlic flakes & Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
