SALMON CREAM CHEESE DACOS BOWL

Instructions - serves 1, total time: 10 minutes

  1. Place some CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES (15-17 bites / 30-40g) in a bowl

  2. Mix the juice of half a lemon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp) and a pinch of sea salt & pepper to make a vinaigrette

  3. Cut some avocado (1/4) and cucumber (1/4) into cubes, as well as some fresh onion (1 tsp) and basil (1tsp) into thin slices

  4. Toss the above and some arugula (approximately 40g) with the vinaigrette

  5. Place the salad on top of the DACOS BITES

  6. Garnish with 3 dollops of cream cheese and the remainder of the vinaigrette (what’s left in the mixing bowl) & ENJOY!

  8. Smoked salmon (20g)

  9. Cream cheese (Philadelphia) (3 dollops)

  10. Seasoning: sea salt, pepper & chili flakes (pinch of each)
