SALMON & CREAM CHEESE DACOS BOWL

Inspired by salmon & cream cheese bagels!

Serves 1, total time required: 5 minutes

Instructions

  1. Mix the juice of half a lemon with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a pinch of sea salt and pepper to create your vinaigrette.

  2. Cut some avocado and cucumber into cubes, as well as some green onion and basil into thin slices.

  3. Add the above + some arugula in a large bowl and toss with the vinaigrette.

  4. Place the dressed salad in your bowl and add a handful of CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES on top.

  5. Slice some smoked salmon and add to your bowl.

  6. Garnish with dollops of cream cheese and the remainder of the vinaigrette (what’s left in the mixing bowl).

  1. 15-17 bites / 30-35g CLASSIC or PROTEIN DACOS BITES

  2. ¼ avocado

  3. ¼ cucumber

  4. 1 tsp green onion

  5. 1 tsp basil

  6. 40g arugula

  7. 20g smoked salmon

  8. 3 dollops cream cheese (Philadelphia recommended)

  9. ½ lemon

  10. Pinch of sea salt and pepper

  11. 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
