Instructions

Add half an avocado sliced or smash.
Add two boiled, poached, or fried eggs.
Add smoked salmon, green onions, and / or micro-greens.
Season with a pinch of sea salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.

2 eggs
Optional: 20g smoked salmon, 1 tsp green onion, handful of micro-greens
