PROTEIN DACOS BOWL

The Cretan avo toast!

Serves 1, total time required: 10 minutes

 

Instructions

  1. Place a handful of PROTEIN DACOS BITES in your bowl.

  2. Add half an avocado sliced or smash.

  3. Add two boiled, poached, or fried eggs.

  4. Add smoked salmon, green onions, and / or micro-greens.

  5. Season with a pinch of sea salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.

  6. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil & enjoy your avo toast-inspired PROTEIN DACOS BOWL!

 

Ingredients

  1. 15-17 bites / 30-35g PROTEIN DACOS BITES

  2. ½ avocado

  3. 2 eggs

  4. Optional: 20g smoked salmon, 1 tsp green onion, handful of micro-greens

  5. Pinch of sea salt, pepper & optional chili flakes

  6. 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
