VANILLA & CINNAMON CREAM with RAISIN DACOS BITES

Instructions - serves 1-2, TOTAL time: 15 minutes, IF REFRIGERATED: 2 hours

  1. Add milk (2/3 cup / 150ml), cornstarch (2 tbsp if you wish to enjoy warm OR 1 tbsp if you wish to enjoy cold), sugar (1 tbsp), a splash of vanilla & a pinch of salt

  2. Whisk until fully incorporated, add a cinnamon stick or a pinch of cinnamon powder, and place over medium heat

  3. Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, whisking continuously to avoid any curdling

  4. Remove from the heat and optionally add raisins to the cream

  5. Garnish with RAISIN DACOS BITES (5-8 bites) for the perfect crunch & enjoy warm directly OR let cool and refrigerate for at least an hour and a half to enjoy cold

  2. Milk of *choice (*whole milk used in this case) (2/3 cup / 150ml)

  3. Cornstarch (2 tbsp for warm OR 1 tbsp for cold)

  4. Sugar (1 tbsp)

  5. Vanilla (splash)

  6. Salt (pinch)

  7. Cinammon (1 stick or 1 pinch of cinnamon powder)

  8. Raisins (optional) (handful)
