VANILLA & CINNAMON CREAM with RAISIN DACOS BITES
Instructions - serves 1-2, TOTAL time: 15 minutes, IF REFRIGERATED: 2 hours
Add milk (2/3 cup / 150ml), cornstarch (2 tbsp if you wish to enjoy warm OR 1 tbsp if you wish to enjoy cold), sugar (1 tbsp), a splash of vanilla & a pinch of salt
Whisk until fully incorporated, add a cinnamon stick or a pinch of cinnamon powder, and place over medium heat
Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, whisking continuously to avoid any curdling
Remove from the heat and optionally add raisins to the cream
Garnish with RAISIN DACOS BITES (5-8 bites) for the perfect crunch & enjoy warm directly OR let cool and refrigerate for at least an hour and a half to enjoy cold
