DACOS TIRAMISU

Instructions - serves 1-2, WORK time: 15 minutes, TOTAL TIME: 1.45 hour

  1. Place *any of the DACOS BITES (*CACAO used in this case) (12-15 bites / 30g) in a food processor

  2. Add brewed espresso (1 tbsp) and honey (1 tsp) to a food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches the consistency of wet sand, which will mimic the soaked consistency of ladyfingers for a healthier yet equally tasty version

  3. Whisk an egg yolk with sugar (1 tbsp) until the mixture whitens slightly, then add mascarpone (2 tbsp) & a splash of vanilla and whisk again until fully incorporated

  4. Whisk cold heavy cream (2 tbsp) to make stiff whipped cream

  5. Gently fold the heavy cream into the mascarpone mixture

  6. Place the DACOS BITES mixture inside a jar (or a container of your choice), add the cream mixture on top, and garnish with cacao powder

  7. Refrigerate for at least an hour and a half & ENJOY!
