TIRAMISU WITH DACOS INSTEAD OF LADYFINGERS

DACOS BITES, combined with espresso, honey and optional Amaretto liqueur, mimic the soaked consistency of ladyfingers without any of the unwanted ingredients!

Serves 1-2, work time: 15 minutes, total time: 1 hour 45 minutes

 

Instructions

  1. Place CACAO DACOS BITES in a food processor. Add brewed espresso and honey (+ optional Amaretto liqueur) to the food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches the consistency of wet sand.

  2. Whisk an egg yolk with sugar or agave syrup until the mixture whitens slightly. Add mascarpone and a splash of vanilla and whisk again until fully incorporated.

  3. Whisk cold heavy cream to make stiff whipped cream. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

  4. Place the DACOS crumble into a jar, add the Mascarpone mixture on top, and garnish with cacao powder.

  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour and a half & enjoy your TIRAMISU WITH DACOS INSTEAD OF LADYFINGERS!

  1. 12-15 bites / 25-30g CACAO DACOS BITES

  2. 1 tbsp brewed espresso

  3. 1 tsp raw honey

  4. Optional splash of Amaretto liqueur

  5. 1 egg yolk

  6. 1 tbsp sugar or agave syrup

  7. Optional splash of Amaretto liqueur

  8. 2 tbsp Mascarpone

  9. Splash of vanilla

  10. 2 tbsp heavy cream (at least 30% fat)

  11. 1-2 tsp cacao powder
