REESE’S-INSPIRED DACOS PROTEIN BALL

Instructions - makes 9, WORK time: 5 minutes, TOTAL TIME: 35 MINUTES

  1. Add *oat flour (1 tbsp), peanut butter (2 tbsp), honey (1 tsp) & a splash of vanilla to a food processor ~ *can also be made pulsing whole oats by themselves first

  2. The final consistency should be malleable somewhat like Play Doh, so depending on the consistency of your peanut butter, adjust with extra oat flour or peanut butter if needed

  3. Take about 1 tsp of the mixture and use your hands to cover each PROTEIN or CACAO DACOS BITE to create a ball

  4. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, while melting dark chocolate (20g)

  5. Take out of the fridge, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, and optionally top with chopped peanuts

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes

  7. Store in the fridge & ENJOY!
