FERRERO ROCHER-INSPIRED DACOS BALL
A tasty, healthy and filling snack for any time of day!
Makes 9, work time: 5 minutes, total time: 45 minutes
Instructions
Add oat flour, Nutella or hazelnut & cacao praline, a splash of vanilla and a pinch of salt to a food processor. If you’d don’t have oat flour, simply pulse whole oats by themselves first to create your own.
Pulse until the mixture is malleable and somewhat resembles Play Doh. Depending on the consistency of your praline, adjust with extra oat flour or extra praline if necessary.
Take one PROTEIN or CACAO DACOS BITE and use your hands to cover each bite with roughly one teaspoon of the mixture. Repeat with all of the DACOS BITES, placing each one on non-stick paper.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, melt dark chocolate and optionally chop up some whole hazelnuts.
Take out of the fridge, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, and optionally top with the chopped hazelnuts.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or alternatively freeze for 15 minutes.
Store in the fridge & enjoy the nostalgic yet new FERRERO ROCHER-INSPIRED DACOS BALL!
